MEET FALLON AKA "FE"

Hi, I’m Fallon Ellender — but most know me simply as Chef Fe.
Born and raised on the bayous of South Louisiana, I grew up surrounded by food, fun, and family — where every gathering centered around a pot of something good. My love for cooking was shaped early on by my grandparents and the rich culture I was raised in. I’m a proud graduate of the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University, and I’ve spent years working in local restaurants across the Houma area and New Orleans, learning from kitchens that know the heart of Southern food.

Now calling the beautiful Emerald Coast home, I bring that same soulful energy to every dish I create. With a foundation in Cajun tradition and a little Caribbean flair, my food is bold, fresh, and made to connect people. I specialize in gluten-free, whole-foods-based meals that blend comfort with vibrant coastal ingredients — always using seasonal produce, local seafood, and supporting our community’s butchers and markets whenever I can.

Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two, a beachside brunch, or a hands-on culinary class, my goal is simple: to create unforgettable experiences rooted in flavor, culture, and connection.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I’m likely freediving, paddleboarding, or fishing — always inspired by the salt air and the rhythm of coastal life.

MEET PAXTON AKA "PAX"- SOUS CHEF & SON

Hi, I'm Paxton — but everyone calls me Pax. I’m proud to be stepping into the kitchen alongside my mom, Chef Fe, to help with larger gatherings and special events. You could say I grew up in the kitchen — back when my mom was in culinary school, I was always right there learning, tasting, and making a mess (mostly tasting though).

Now at 14, I’m honing my skills and bringing a little of my own flair to the table. I have what you could call a "bougie palate" for my age — I appreciate good food and love learning the craft behind it.

When I'm not helping Chef Fe create unforgettable meals, I stay busy playing football for Ruckel Middle School and running track and field. You’ll also catch me biking around town with my friends or out on the bayou fishing and hanging out at the sandbar.
