Fall is finally rolling in on the Emerald Coast — cooler mornings, cozy evenings, and all the comfort food vibes. This month, I’m bringing a little warmth to your kitchen with my Roasted Butternut & Sweet Potato Soup.

It’s simple, colorful, and full of fall flavor — roasted veggies, caramelized onions, garlic, herbs, and of course, a little Cajun soul. It’s creamy, rich, and tastes like a warm hug in a bowl.

Fe’s Note: This batch got the royal treatment — I topped it with red-wine-braised beef roast (recipe dropping next week!) and served it with a 3-cheese gluten-free grilled cheese made with smoked gouda, Gruyère, and Manchester cheese. Because soup deserves a sidekick that melts. 🧀
